Advanced Footcare adds new Physician to the Podiatric Practice
AVENTURA, FL, June 20, 2017 – Advanced Footcare is proud to announce the addition of a new
Physician to their Podiatric Practice. Dr. Deeva Frankel, a native of New Jersey, graduated cum
laude from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. Following graduation, her interest in sports
medicine and wound care led herto Florida where she proceeded to achieve her Doctorate
from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine. Graduating with honors, she went on to
complete a three-year surgical residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center on Miami Beach.
During her training, she was exposed to advanced foot and ankle surgical techniques and
served as chief resident during her last year.
Dr. Frankel is dedicated to learning the latest advances in podiatric surgery and medicine. She
is particularly interested in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, bunion and hammertoe
correction, sports injuries, and advanced wound care with a focus in Diabetic limb salvage. Dr.
Frankel is committed to providing the highest quality of care while focusing on communication
and patient education.
